The successful candidate would need to be open to relocation to our main office in Kamloops, B.C.

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Lead, motivate, and coach your team to success
  • Meet clients and anticipate the client’s vision
  • Create estimates in line with the client’s vision and budget, for both residential and commercial landscape construction projects
  • Develop and monitor a sales budget, actively training team on how to achieve our sales goals
  • Meet, or better yet, exceed our weekly, monthly and annual sales goals
  • Implement sales development plans for each team member
  • Prepare internal and external reports and sales analytics, making recommendations on how to improve
  • Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site supervisors
  • Manage and maintain revenue pipelines to achieve targets

What will you bring to the position?

Must haves:

  • Ability to exceed expectations for all five of our core values
  • Must have previous experience in landscape construction estimating (residential and commercial)
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs
  • Minimum two years’ experience as a sales representative
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a leadership position
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, must have strong people skills
  • Proven sales skills with ability to train team on different sales techniques
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
  • Strong follow up
  • Ability to read, understand and negotiate terms of contract agreements
  • Proven ability to problem- solve, mitigate future obstacles, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills; estimating software, Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously, multi-task and work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Previous knowledge of LMN software will be considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
